Arwen worked with us on two separate projects to improve their HubSpot roll-out, focusing firstly on developing a roadmap for how the system should grow as they grew and secondly focusing specifically on the Sales Hub and how the team were using it.
The HubSpot roadmap we delivered for Arwen gave them clear guidance on what needed to change in the system, how, when and where to ensure they were seeing the most value.
Prior to this Arwen had self-onboarded to the system and made great headway in getting it set up for their business, but they recognised that they had probably taken HubSpot as far as they could and needed an expert eye.
Enter, our consultant, who went on-site to Arwen to hear about how they used HubSpot, what worked and what didn't and where the team wanted to go.
Having produced a detailed roadmap of exactly what could change and the impact it would have, we set about making those changes for Arwen.
The same consultant who planned the account also delivered the changes, so there was no lost time to handoffs and the Arwen team didn't need to re-explain their structure to anyone else.
Sometime after the roadmap work Arwen brought another project to us and, again, the same consultant worked on the system, ensuring we knew exactly what needed to change to match Arwen's new sales process.
We delivered an improved, slicker experience for the sales and marketing team, so they could deliver the next phase of growth for this exciting AI tool.
