Without Vislink's revolutionary technology it wouldn't be possible for pictures of the Premier League, F1, golf or tennis to make it from a pitch-side camera, back to a production truck and then into our homes and televisions.

Vislink's HubSpot had been poorly supported by an external provider for some years. The team found it difficult to get accurate answers and when they tried to action things in the portal they found it messy and disorganised.​

Our first port of call was to complete a full tidy up of the portal, including completing proper data labelling of all records, which finally enabled Vislink to segment their data and target audience, automatically. We achieved this within the first month of working together, ensuring Vislink started to see real benefit, rather than having to wait for lengthy audits or documentation to be produced before seeing anything worthwhile.

Whilst Vislink's talented marketing team actioned their marketing initiatives, on the back of their access to fresh data, we carried on tidying up their portal. We created and augmented a range of clear lists that made it easy for Vislink to target specific industries and interests. We also created valuable insight reports into their prospects, giving the sales team more chance to talk to the right people at the right time.

When we had finished with our initial work, Vislink were keen to have an expert to turn to on an ongoing basis.

We now support Vislink flexibly; increasing or decreasing how many days we have available for them on a monthly basis, depending on what they need help with in any given month.

We catch up on bi-weekly calls, where the Vislink team bring new questions, ideas or 'work to be done' in the platform, which we can pick up for them, feedback on or help them to achieve. We bring new HubSpot features we think they should use and then roll them out if they're suitable.

This support arrangement is flexible, features a dedicated consultant who knows the Vislink portal inside out, action driven and keeps ensuring the Vislink team make the most of their investment in HubSpot. This all comes at a low monthly cost, built to deliver maximum value for the Vislink team.
